Quilting my WISP

I was able to baste my WISP before moving and get started on the quilting.  It has two layers of batting: Hobbs 80/20 and Hobbs Wool.  I am quilting it on my Tiara and love how it is turning out.

I am trying to sneak in some quilting time amidst all the moving and settling, but it is slow going.

Jasmine

  1. Your custom quilting is looking good! I know it feels good to quilt, but you'll feel better once your house is in order. Don't work too hard!

  2. Very nice choices for the various motifs and areas in the quilt! I really like the feathers and the fact that you outlined / echoes the shapes to give them great definition.

  10. Just looking at this quilt makes me smile. It definitely inspired me to finish my circles quilt. Slow quilting is the way to go for this WISP. It is lovely, you know. Soon, you will be settled in your new home and will once again become the piecing and quilting machine that you are :-)
