I love the idea of using our most colorful scraps! How funny to hear about Minky Angels, but I find myself moving my own feet under my Minky quilt just to feel the velvety texture. And best of all, I, too, have a long narrow scrap of 2 different Minky fabrics I didn't know what to do with. Today I am copying your scarf! But the minky side looks so cuddly, and I'm impressed by your quilting on it. (Also, it's fun to see your white board with the design marked on it! What a neat way to plan/practice.) Your family weighing in with all their opinions is funny. And I bet someday when it's dark and chilly, you'll find your husband snuggled under it (with a sheepish look on his face). Can't wait to hear more about the mini with the spiral quilting.
